Hi! I’m Brian Pouliot

Over a decade of experience spanning healthcare, fintech, and beyond, at organizations ranging from 15-person startups to large enterprises. I’ve led product delivery across internal enterprise tools, B2B SaaS platforms, and in-person service experiences.

I’ve mentored product managers at every career stage. The through-line in all of it: the discipline of good product thinking. My goal is to help teams stop guessing and start building with clarity.
